School will remain closed for summer vacation from 23rd April 2025 to 19th June 2025. Online classes will continue from 23rd April to 10th May 2025. Regular classes will resume on 20th June 2025.
First Parent-Teacher Meeting for all the classes are scheduled on 12th July 2025. Meeting timing for LKG to STD-IV will be from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM and timing for STD-V to STD-VIII will be from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. All parents are requested to attend.
First Periodic Test for all the classes will be conducted from 28th to 30th July 2025. Time table will be displayed on notice board.
Last date for quarterly fee payment is 15th August 2025. Late fee will be charged after the due date.
Second Parent-Teacher Meeting for all the classes are scheduled on 20th September 2025. Meeting timing for LKG to STD-IV will be from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM and timing for STD-V to STD-VIII will be from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. All parents are requested to attend.
Rangoli Competition will be held on 27th September 2025. Students will bring all materials for the competition.

Students showcased innovative science projects demonstrating creativity and scientific thinking in our annual science exhibition. Young minds presented models on renewable energy, environmental conservation, and space exploration.
The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with flag hoisting ceremony followed by cultural performances. Our rural students demonstrated their love for the nation through patriotic songs, dances, and speeches.
Our students organized a heartwarming Teachers' Day celebration to honor their mentors. The event showcased the strong bond between teachers and students in our rural educational community with special performances.
Students and teachers came together to celebrate Ganesh Puja, seeking blessings of the goddess of knowledge. Special prayers were conducted in our well-equipped prayer hall with traditional rituals and cultural performances.
Students of St. Xavier High School Khirkona paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary. Special assembly was conducted highlighting his principles of truth, non-violence, and social service.
Children's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at St. Xavier High School Khirkona. Students enjoyed water activities, games, and cultural programs with special treats and entertainment in a fun-filled environment.
Annual sports day witnessed enthusiastic participation from all students with various athletic competitions and team sports. Students showcased their physical fitness and sportsmanship in track and field events.
St. Xavier High School Khirkona celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great patriotic fervor. Students presented cultural programs showcasing India's rich heritage and diversity. Flag hoisting ceremony was conducted with full respect and honor.
The grand annual function showcased the talents of our students through cultural performances, academic achievements recognition, and prize distribution ceremony celebrating excellence in various fields.

Admission is open to classes LKG to STD-VIII at St. Xavier. The school aspires to produce students who are excellent in academics as well as social and ethical values, skills and attitudes to contribute positively to the society.
The curriculum supports the natural development of the child. The teacher will serve less as an instructor and more as a guide or facilitator. Children are encouraged to learn how to learn.
